I went to the 6 hours fluke and sea bass trip. The ship didn't feel crowded with about 20 people on board. Baits were provided. The crews were helpful with unhooking and cleaning fishes. We caught some big flukes and bass. Would definitely go again.

I’ve been fishing for over 50 years, but never had an experience like the two day fluke trip on the Nantucket Shoals. The conditions were not great - somewhat rough and rainy, but despite the weather, the fishing was quite good. Most people caught the limit of fluke with at least 12 fish over 10 pounds. The friend I went with and I both caught our personal best on this trip. The captain didn’t waste any time on spots that weren’t producing fish, but kept working over spots that had fish.
The mates were absolutely the best. They were all very skilled and had great attitudes. If you’ve ever fished on a party boat, you know that the mates can make the trip a miserable experience. These guys helped make it a fantastic experience. Definitely the best crew I’ve ever fished with.
I should also mention that the boat was immaculate. Even the restroom were better than any party boat I’ve ever been on.
This trip was not for the casual angler. But if you’re a serious fisherman, you should put this trip on your bucket list. You won’t regret it.

Just ate the catch my 17 year old nephew and his friend caught on their first trip ever fishing on the ocean. It started off pretty slow but one of us still caught fish every 15 minutes or so. The captain kept moving around, but never too far, and with about an hour left in a half day trip, he found a great spot and we were hauling them in over the rail almost every drop. I caught close to 30 fish, my nephew at least 20, and his friend at least 10. That's pretty good for kids whose eyes almost never leave a screen. They even said they wanted to come back next year. I was shocked.

The boat is super clean, crew was good but it wasn't every crowded (went on a Monday 7/1), and the boat left and came back exactly on time. Boat leaves at 1:00, I got there at 12:00, and they told me to come back at 12:30 because they had to let the previous fishermen off. Not a big deal, just went up the road and grabbed a coffee and came back, just don't get there too early. All the ladies at parking and check in were very polite and helpful. For the price this has to be the best fish to money and time ratio I've ever encountered. See you guys next year!

I wish I could give10 stars, that is how much we enjoyed ourselves on this charter! We took the 4 hour half day trip and caught tons of fish. The crew was so nice and friendly, boat was clean and we had plenty of room. For $40 a person you cannot go wrong with this company, one of the best we have ever been on.

You nailed it again today, HelenH! Great time fishing for Porgy. Crew always helpful. Even the captain came down and helped one of my boys as I was helping my other son. To me that says a lot!

Heck, next to us were two grandparents with their two grand kids (6 and 8 yrs old I'm guessing). They clearly had never done anything like this before, but the crew was good about making sure the kids had a great time and were able to take some fish home.

If you want to give your kids an off- shore fishing experience without breaking the bank, or spending the entire day on the water, this is it! Just remember its a fishing boat, and some people are in it to get as much fish for their money. Also, it's a New England fishing boat, so just go with the flow, and take in the New England fishing 'culture'.

BTW- make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to the boat. Traffic in the summer can be NASTY!

My son, 11 y.o., and I went out on the Angler the first week of August 2019. This was a 6 hour bottom fishing trip and we absolutely crushed it! Several premium sea bass and fluke. I can’t say enough about the mates Cindy and Sam. They were quick to help less experienced fishermen, hooked a few fish for youngsters to reel in, and were quick and efficient to get larger fish on board. We recommended the trip to friends that were on the Cape as well and they also had a fantastic time!
